What are the "four Cs"?

Is all of your jewelry previously-owned?
It is. However, this is all high-end jewelry being offered at a percentage of the retail price. Each piece will be thoroughly cleaned and beautifully presented in a jewelry gift box.
Is everything you have on sale?
Yes! The shop price is crossed out with the sale price next to it (you will pay the lower of the two prices).
Is the jewelry made with real gold?
We test every piece and verify that it is either 10K, 14K, 18K, 24K solid Gold or Platinum and is not gold plated or filled. Many of our pieces even come with appraisals.
Are the gemstones and diamonds real?
Many of them are, however there are a few that are synthetic or lab-created or grown. It will be stated in the description if it is not a natural stone. Many of the pieces have been appraised by
Accurate Gemlab. All gemstones have been color-enhanced for their beauty. However, you are more than welcome to
contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Who does all of your appraisals?
Many of the pieces have been appraised by
Accurate Gemlab of Portland, Oregon. We also have an onsite gemologist who can answer your questions.
I am interested in a ring, can I see the appraisal/certificate before I make the purchase?
Yes, just
message us stating that you want to see the certificate and a copy will be e-mailed to you.
Can I get a new, updated appraisal on a ring I just purchased?
Yes. For $40.00, we'll replace any one of our appraisals that are over two years old.
I want the appraisal put in my name, can this be done?
Yes. For $15.00, an appraisal can be switched over to the new owner's name.
I am interested in a ring, can I request more photographs?
Yes. Simply
message us and we will respond as soon as we can (usually within 24 hours).
I am interested in a ring, can I see it in person?
Yes, if you are in the vicinity of Southwest Washington.

I want to purchase a ring, how do I go about that?
Message us with a short description of the ring that you are interested in. We will respond as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
Can I get a ring resized?
Many of the rings can be resized, although it depends on the setting and how many sizes up or down you want to do. Resizing generally takes about a week and there is an additional charge associated with it.

Can I have the ring shipped to me?
Yes. It will be shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail immediately after we receive payment. You will get a tracking number and the package will require a signature upon delivery.
How much do you charge for shipping? Can I upgrade to 2-Day or Overnight?
Three-day shipping is free. The ring will be shipped via FedEx or USPS Priority and will require a signature. If you wish to upgrade your shipping to 2-Day or overnight, please do not hesistate to

Do you charge sales tax?
Only if you are a resident of Washington state. Sales tax is removed during the checkout processor for residents of other states.
I noticed that you accept offers, how do I make an offer?
Don't be shy about making an offer!
Message us with an offer and we will accept your offer or send you a counteroffer. You'll never know what kind of deal you can get!
What is "best price guarantee"?
If you find the exact same ring on another retail website (excluding bidding and classified sites such as eBay and Craigslist) for cheaper,
send us the link and we will meet or beat the advertised price (within reason).
I would like to take advantage of your layaway program, how can I do that?
We will allow you to make payments on any piece of jewelry that we have for sale on the website, all we require is a 20% non-refundable deposit and you have 90 days to pay it off. Once the item is paid off, the jewelry will be shipped to you. If the jewelry is not paid in full after 90 days, the deposit and any payments are forfeit to the store. The 90 day deadline can be extended depending on the circumstances. Please

What forms of payment do you accept?
Paypal, Visa, or Mastercard. We will also accept cash if you come into the shop and pick up the ring yourself. No personal checks please.
I want to purchase a ring as a surprise gift for my significant other. Can you help me?
We will do what we can (within reason) to make the presentation as special as possible (this includes gift-wrapping).
Do you have any more jewelry that is for sale other than what is offered here on the website?
Yes, we do. If you are looking for something specific,
message us and we will see if we have something similar in stock.
I want a custom ring made, can this be done?
We can take custom orders, please

I am not happy with the piece of jewelry I received or something is wrong or broken with it.

message us! We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all of our jewelry. Simply ship it back and we will refund your money. We deal with each and every case personally and will do our best to rectify the situation.

How long have you been selling online?

Facebook page were launched in November 2014, our online selling experience goes back much farther ... we have been selling on
